After many months of research I have found this Program that consistently earns Money.
The premise of the Program is that you provide Money for Worldwide Solutions to help
the Less fortunate through the Life Jacket portion of Site, and to invest in Opportunities world wide for a percentage and maintain the cash flow that generates commissions for the Members that have Invested in this opportunity.

I've tested this program for almost 5 months without a referral to see what happened

I invested $50 for the set up fees and $50 in the Life jacket portion
after 90 days I had 80 dollars in my account, the $50 I had originally invested and $30 in commission
this was without any referrals at all, So if you have no luck recruiting there is no need,

Not bad for 90 days

Since then I have been promoting  and for every referral you receive $8.50 which has helped increase the amount of life jackets I own, and have recovered my total $100 original Investment

You get Paid a percentage every Sunday like Clockwork on your Life Jackets

In my eyes its probably one of the best Programs I have tested for stability

The program in my eyes is safe and reliable as an online endeavor for making some extra Income
